MARUCHO RYOKAN -Private & Open-air Bath Reports (1)-
“Marucho Ryokan” has a total of 6 rooms, 2 large private baths and 1 small private bath, for a total of 3 private baths. There are no time restrictions, so you can bathe as much as you like, whenever you like, 24 hours a day. Being able to immerse yourself in the hot spring without worrying about the time is a true moment of bliss. The 2 large private baths were originally separate public baths for men and women. The baths are not very spacious, but they are sufficient for 2 adults. Though they are indoor baths, they offer a spacious and atmospheric area for bathing. Even today, depending on the composition of the guests, a large private bath may be used as a large public bath, but in any case, it is probably close to being reserved for private use. The dressing rooms are equipped with floor heating, a thoughtful touch that is especially appreciated in the winter months. |
