The head chef at “Soan Kosumosu” is Mr.Ito. He is the fourth-generation chef. Let me introduce his dinner menu. The dinner menu at “Soan Kosumosu” is a creative kaiseki cuisine that allows you to taste the season of Yufuin. Since the interview was taken in November, the menu allows the viewer to feel both the autumn of Yufuin and the upcoming winter at the same time. The ryokan is also convenient for exploring Yufuin's hot spring resort area. A five-minute walk from the ryokan is a pond called Kinrin-ko.
